Prob 50 to 60 mph, Highway I mean, with tolls and idiots on the left lane talking on their phones..Not Interstate 75
Hwy time was around 15 to 20 min each way at the most I would say. The rest is city, my wife did not reset the odometer so I really and kinda guessing..

I'm not sure, exactly, although they are a Volvo-only shop, and tend to only use parts that last. they know which stuff is the junk. At about $60 for the entire job, I didn't think too hard about it.

Today just city driving, 15.6 mpg, quite a drop.

For stage 0

Plugs will be the bosch copperhead

What would be the best choice for cap and rotor? ( i seethe tutorial is using bosch)

Oil and filter, which is the best working oil for these cars, and filter

Air filter, K&N it is

Plug wires bougiecord/oem?

Anything else??

It's a 99? You dont have any of that - each plug has individual coil packs on each cylinder. Unless you are getting misfire codes then you don't need to worry about them. Your car also only uses a cartridge insert oil filter. Probably OEM Mahle/Mann filters are still the best.
