ECM module for volvo s80 2001 HEELP and abs

So i am down to replacing my abs unit and or the ECM module.

I will be getting the abs module from www.midwest-abs.com. His name is Matt and he is the best guy ever when it comes for ABS units. But before i get my abs unit i want to make sure i will be able to find an ECM module:

From what i hear and read it needs to be the same serial/model otherwise it will not work.

Let's hope it's not the ECM, that would require a new unit and a trip to a VIDA-equipped shop and/or dealer...the ECU has software, PIN codes and encryption keys on it that are particular to your car, even if you found one with the right software load on it (and the only way to determine that is to read the donor vehicle with VIDA), the PIN codes would be different and the immobilizer would prevent the car from running.
