ECC code 1-2-2

On my 1995 850T-5R I get an ecc code 122. That's outside air temp. sensor open or shorted to 12V. OK, problem is I can't find it. According to vadis it's near the cabin air filter. I opened up the the area where the cabin air filter is. There is a plug with a blank piece of plastic more towards the center of the car, but I don't think that's it. Any insight??

The outside temp sensor is located just behind the front bumper, more or less below the left side headlight.

Not the one for the temp. display on the dash, That works fine, the one for the climate control. Thanks in advance.

Well, I do know that the S70 has two sensors up under the bumper; I am not sure about the 850.

In case anyone wants to know, the climate control outside temp. sensor is under the blower at about 7 o'clock. That is, using the blower as a clock face. Vadis has it wrong, vida has it right, as least for a 95. It took a lot of searching. The sensor was unplugged. No more flashing ecc lights!

Sorry, no pic. The blower is behind the glove box. Just remove the glove box and the above description will make sense.
