s60 2002 air conditioner keeps kicking on

I can't figure out why my AC keeps turning on, when I hit the off button, it will stay off for a bit, and then turn itself back on at will. Even during the winter it does this. How do I turn it off, and it will stay off until I turn it on?

More than likely needs to be fed..2002? evac/recharge.. imo, i thinkk
.2003, V-70,. 2.4T, 101,100K..

Please be sure the defroster is off, it will enable the A/C.
