2003 V70 N/a: Jerking Under 20 Mph While Accelerating And ->

when coming to stop.
Goes good when over 20 mph.
No transmission codes from the dealer.
Suggested that the valve body could be bad.

How likely is that the transmission is good?
Also how hard is it to replace a valve body on these cars.
Is there any point in bothering with just the valve body? Would it be better to source a used good transmission as a whole?
