Either this is a huge scam or the right side is totally damaged!
Or...the motor or tranny is shot
Or...it's stolen
Or...this is not his car!
Looks like it's in a salvage yard but hey, that's just my interpretation

The body style does'n look like 2009, it is 1999-2004, I think it is 1999 and he made a mistake

2000 was the first year for those, so that would be a very BIG mistake!
I still don't believe he owns this and if it IS a 2000... with 40,000 miles it's STILL worth much more so it's a scam, one way or the other!
(and it's still in a wrecking yard or some auction)

I think it's a scam. First off, as previously stated, there's no way this S40 is either a 2009 or a 1999. Then the guy claims to be from the USofA but lists kilometers instead of miles, so he's either Canadian or from some other part of the world. He calls himself Mr. Wales Stroud, yet in one of his edresses is he claims to be a Doctor (seriously, any honest person wouldn't think of doing that, and any real doctor would always refer to themselves as Dr. not Mr.)! Lastly, the car is either at some small dealership, an auction yard, impound yard or other location NOT someones personal property, and while it is possible that this is a small dealership, then why not list the biz name (plus a dealer would usually give a little more info as they know how to sell cars whereas this guy is completely clueless!). This car is possibly a 2000 as indicated by the double zeros in the lower right window. So my guess is scam, lol.

Looks just like every other scam ad I usually see.

The Nigerians always pull the "Dr." Card out, and always do the Mister thing too.

Markers on windshield are a dead give away. It's obvious its sitting in a yard per his pictures.
