V70 T5 2005 how to remove the MAF sensor.

I have a '98 Volvo S70 and your directions were perfect. At first, I was trying to remove the tamper screws and none of the stores (Autozone, etc.) have the tamper bit. But then, I followed your directions (remove the two - 25 torx screws from the air filter housing and remove the clamp and air hose (3") going to the back. VOILA!!! I have the mass air sensor in hand.

When you buy a new MAF it includes the housing, so just pull the whole housing off. IT takes some force for sure. Work it back and forth.

This is the best advice right here. After 15 minutes of frustration trying to pull it off, this post empowered me to just go out there and rip that fool thing off of there. First try.
