Can anyone tell me how to adjust PNP switch? Thank you

Heh, that part's easy - you've just got to get all the junk out of the way to get down to the top of the transmission. At least you don't have to replace the solenoids 
If you're just getting funky shifting or no reverse lights or something of the sort, just clean the switch up real well and re-align it. That usually works.

Yeah, I posted awhile ago about how the tranny seems to go into neutral at stops so at your suggestion I had the fluid changed and I tried driving in sport mode. For two weeks not a problem. Then today it acted up again, only this time when I came home I went to put it in park and it didn't want to go into park. Your other suggestion was the PNP switch. I need to do a belt change, but I am not going to bother if the tranny is on it's way out.
