Front Suspension is my next job up. Here's a spreadsheet of the parts needed. I've looked them all up at FCP, IPD, Tasca, SwedishAutoParts.com, and RMEuropean, then listed all their costs and color coded them by OEM, Aftermarket, IPD HD, etc.. I also highlighted the lowest price for each part in red text color. Is this list correct and complete?
Does anyone have a good diagram of the front suspension with all the parts numbered/labelled? I found a really good one here, but I think the numbers do NOT match the parts they list below the image.

You are not rebuilding your front suspension, all you are doing is basically installing spring seats...period... all the other small parts are superflous

Im not sure why you're saying I'm not rebuilding anything. I should have noted that Im also getting struts and springs, I just haven't made a decision.
I think I'd like to put the Koni FSD + Eibach kit on, or maybe just Bilstein Touring with new OEM or FCP's lowering springs.
My car has 190k on it and the suspesion is terribly ragged and noisy.

I wrote my experience with Front Suspension Overhaul here:
- Control Arms: Volvo Only
- Endlinks: Meyle failed after 2 years. So I recommend OEM.
- Tierods
- Bilstein TC struts, 2 years later still solid.
- Anything rubber, replace it
- Consider replacing the CV rubber boots at 192K.

about the exploded diagram, I thought tasca had a good one? but also:

For me the only item on your list that must be OEM is XC90 spring seat. I've got aftermarket strut mounts from fcp on my car they are holding well with 80k on them. Remember, tasca will gouge you with shipping charges. I usually end up buying from them anyway but it needs to be in the calculation.

I've updated my spreadsheet with my local dealer pricing. FCP is running a 15% sale and IPD is supposed to be running Garage Sale pricing, I still have to look into that.
These are the places I've recorded pricing for:
FCP Groton; Tasca; IPDUSA; Swedishautoparts.com; rmeuropean; eeuroparts; Dealer

Tasca has the correct parts but factor in the additional 10% freight surcharge that they will charge to walk over to the loading dock with a box.

If you head over to FCP, they have a suspension kit at quite a discount. Some of the parts may be 'iffy' to some, but it'll give you a good idea of the parts involved. It doens't include inner tie rods for some reason, so get those. If you're going to be in there, might as well . . .
