New ETM Car Runs (yay)

Well I got the XeMODeX ETM today, and put it in in about 2.5 hours. I removed one 10mm bolt (driver side, rear) with a shorty wrench, and then took the plunge and pulled out the fan shroud and fan assembly to get the other three out.

Took the car for a short test drive, and it accelerates like never before, although one of the kickdowns at maximum acceleration is a little sticky still. Also, the car is really growly, so I wonder if there is something wrong with the exhaust. I haven't driven the car properly in 2.5 months, so maybe I'm just not remembering.

Now I need to (1) repair the driver door glass, (eBay $40 + $30 shipping = $70) --- some one smashed it while it was broken down, (2) do the PCV kit from FCP Groton, (3) replace the rear brake pads, (4) fix the rear view mirror --- my 3 y/o was swingin on it while we were broken down, etc etc.

Oh and order another $20 OBD-II tester---that was stolen out of the car after the glass was smashed. And a new headlight, and new bulbs for many of the dash items.

Brobably broken and when it is, the engine lays down on the subframe and will make some rumbly noises

Yeah, I expect that all the motor mounts are worn out...
