#1 misfire

For a tune up should I replace all the ignition coils along with the plugs, iridium. I was diagnosed with a #1 misfire,

It's not necessary to replace all coils. I would replace one and have a spare IF another goes.

What will the expected cost of replacement by a reputable shop, not a Volvo dealer?

Too much.

Seriously, get the parts yourself and we can walk you through the replacement. Coils and plugs are really quite simple. The only part you need to be very cautious is threading the spark plugs in (do it by hand first!).

Here I've made a tutorial with pictures for replacing the sparks on B6294S (2.9 Non turbo).
It's in Bulgarian, but pictures speaks international
