ETM REPLACEMENT Topic is solved

Just had the ETM replaced on my 2000 S70 yesterday. This was done under the "New" warranty program at no charge. However, the dealer charged me for an up-grade software package for my computer. Isn't that supposed to be part of the ETM replacement job?

If you go to www.VEXEDvolvo.org and click on news, it appears that the software reload is covered.

They're just being chickenshit now.
