Sunroof board removal?

I read the how to about redoing the headliner but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to remove the sunroof board. In the write up Red Arrow states to push the two clips. I guess Im blind as a bat because I cannot find these clips. Any tips would be much appreciated.

Push the center section of these inward, toward the center of the car, and the cover board will release. Be careful not to let the clips and the spring launch after it is freed from the track.

I assume it has to come out through the top?
