Rattle when turning left

Rattle when turning left

Mystery noise (rattle) seems to be coming from the rack (cylinder shaped component with lines running it). Rattles only with brake applied, while in reverse only and with wheel turning to left. Have it up jack stands and can feel it in control arms and other passenger side suspension components. Happy 4th
