Need to Find Paint Source of Supply

Post by 850Volvo »

Requesting information on a Source of Supply for the following paint:
419 Pewster silver / Silver sand metallic 850

The paint is required to re-paint my wifes' 1996 Volvo 850 that was hit in an accident. We ordered this car from the dealer and it is my wifes baby so I want to get it taken care of.

Thanks

Your body shop can handle that or go to the local automotive paint store.
Some auto parts stores also handle paint.

Typically they come back with "gray" which is not the color and they cannot seem to get past that. If I provide the paint or where they can get it from that ensures that my wifes' Volvo stays its original color.

Have you tried CarQuest. Not all of their stores mix paint, but one that I know of in the St. Paul, MN area does. They claim they can mix to match by the paint code. I'm going to try it soon so will report back. My p/c is 412.
