remove cigarette smoke smell

Is it possible to remove old cigarette smoke smell from a 2005 S40? I want to buy this vehicle but got a headache from the old odor during the test drive (20 minutes). Should I look further to purchase?

Call around to your local detail shops. Smoke is a though one to deal with, but is possible.
I had one that stunk bad, and I was a smoker at the time.
