98 v70. After timing belt job, high idle.

This is my second V70 and my second time changing a timing belt. Although this one is the mechanical tensioner.
Timing marks line up perfectly, but im getting a high idle, about 1200. And it seems to stall/missfire slightly when giving it gas.
Going to scan the engine now to see if its trowing any new error codes.
Anybody got any ideas or suggestions it would be very helpful. Road trip in 2 days!

No error codes. Idling better, around 900-1000 rpms. Any ideas?

Did you remove a battery cable as part of the process? It may just be re-learning things if you did.

Yeah I did, that must be it. Because now its running just right, and has been through a day of running errands. Thanks Lee.
