Volvo dealer or not--Best way to trade/sell an S80?

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

Volvo dealer or not--Best way to trade/sell an S80?

Post by grensuvs »

Hi,

Does anyone know if trading in a Volvo at a Volvo dealer (if you buy a non-Volvo, new or used off their lot) means you are more likely to get more for your trade in than trading at a non-Volvo dealer?

Any other thoughts on how to get the most $$$ out of a 1999 S80 T6 with 85,000 miles? (Yes, it's running.)

Thank you.

Sell it privately or part it. Its worth very little on the market, even less at the dealer.
