Side Marker Lights Pre wiring on 98 S70 GLT

DOes anyone know if the 98 S70 GLT came pre-wired for the side marker lights that replace the Volvo emplem on the front quarter panels? Has anyone added these to there car?

my understanding is that while the lights will snap into place, the car is NOT pre-wired for the side marker turn signals. You'll have to do a shade tree mechanic splice into the front corner lamp - get the right wire or they'll light up with the headlights.....

Some cars are pre-wired for sidemarkers and some are not. Mine was, making installation very easy. Lots of people have done this modification. Not only does it look cool, it definitely adds an extra bit of safety. Here's an installation guide.

I HAVE SEEN CLEAR AND AMBER ON WEB SITES, I REALLY THINK THEY LOOK COOL. HOW DO I TEL IF MINES ID PREWIRED?

My 850 does not have prewiring

I can see through the door hinge area, I can clearly see the back of the volvo badge. No wires in sight, I just ordered a wirirng harness of off Ebay. That will be another project for the weekend.
