Need Input: Sway Bar and Tire Upgrades?

I got the full suspension kit from FCP and they include the OEM (Sachs) shocks & struts. It's pretty nice, but I wasn't looking for a lot of stiffness. One thought I've had is to get the IPD end links to stiffen up the turning.

For struts I have used OEM Sachs, BIlstein Touring Class, and Monroe Sensatracks. The Monroes ride OK but the handling sucks. The Bilsteins have a slightly harsher ride and they handle better than the worn out OEM originals.

The last car I did was my wifes car where I used the OEM Sachs and I think I am the happiest with them. That is my car with a 5 speed and I really drive the crap out of it. The handling is good and the ride isn't bad either.

The shocks and struts that get universal accolades are the Koni Yellows but they are way out of my price range. They cost more than I have paid for any of my cars.

I'm not getting into this suspension discussion again for the unpteenth time, but go with either
Conti Extreme DWS for one of the best ultra high performace all seasons or the new Conti DW for a three season high performance tire.

Both work well with Volvos and the ride in MUCH nicer (with very good performance) and it's a less expensive tire

I second the Conti DWS tires. Got ours at Discount Tires and did a little bargaining too.

Added a Strut brace from OBX (purchased from Racing Parts Depot) I'm very happy with the results of a simple bolt on! Great addition for minimal cost. Noticable handling improvement. Looking to rebuild suspension also, any advice? Seems like OEM is the common choice for satifactory comfort and performance.

I can recommend Conti Extreme Contact DW, like others have here. I bought a set in 205/55/16 in the spring and am very happy with them, good grip and low noise. But only time will tell how well they hold up.
If you want an even stickier tire, I can highly recommend Pirelli P zero nero in the same size. I had those before and they are excellent. They are the stickiest tire I ever had. They got a little noisy in the end, but they lasted almost 50k.
