94 Volvo 960, will not start

Rea;;y and just when i thought all my problems were over. i am going to take my car for inspection tommorow, hopefully nothing happens.

My car runs fine though, onmly thing i noticed is a clanking sounds, when i stop at a red light or when i put my car in reverse gear. any thought and idea's. i am sure it a small thing and dotn want to take to any MECHANIC. help would be greatly appreciated.

just don't tell them about the older engine. As for clunking sounds and such, make sure fluids are topped off and hoses and such are in good shape. Hope this helps...
