Door lock pin trim source?

Door lock pin trim source?

Doesn't anyone know a place where I can buy the small circular trim piece that fits around the door lock pin? After removing and re-installing the interior door panels, I'm missing a few and it looks sloppy with out.

I've seen them listed at IPD, but they are about $10 each!
