I have a 98 V70. Although the reservoir is full, no wiper fluid comes out of the rear nozzle.
Anyone have any troubleshooting ideas about this problem?

I'm a new user here and noticed your question. It just happens that I had this same problem and I might be able to assist you.
On my wagon, there was a "check valve" that was clogged. It was located on the the passenger's side rear panel. I actually found it by accident, while fooling around with the rear speaker. I noticed a hose that led me to the check valve and discovered that it was clogged. Also, make sure that the hose from the container isn't seperated under the car. I had that to happen too.
