Driver's side air question...

Post by The Blue Whale »

Is there absolutely nothing I can do about my driver's side air not cooling while the passenger side air works perfectly?
I know it is just a flap not moving deep inside my dash somewhere but will I have to take it to the dealer 135 m iles away?

I have some ability to work on the car. I have replaced a heater core or 2 before in v70s, but I just dread working behind the dash.

Any sugggestions?

Thanks. I'll check it, but I can't believe the passenger side wouldn't be affected by low freon.

Something I have discovered though; If I turn on the rear air I can get the drivers side air to work, but you can still tell it is not as cold as the driver's side. hmmm.
