1998 v70-xc Transmission acting up need some help
Ok so I have a 1998 v70-xc with 132k on it so I flushed the tranny out about six months ago, this is my gf car so I dont drive it to much but she said it was shifting funny. I took it on a trip to about 400 miles to try it out. cause it allways dose not do it. So after I came to the conclusion it seemed like it was having trouble picking a gear in and around the 55 to 60 mile range tried shifting it to 3ed and the problem still acted up but not as much but besides that it shifts great. and rides smooth, this car has been a pain in the ass raidaitor , then fuel pump , turbo and now this wtf I have a 850 with 390k , any help as to where to look would be great thanks

How does the color of the transmission fluid look? Wipe it on a white paper towel.
It should be a bright, clear red - it not, then a fluid change would probably be very beneficial to this car.
As to what is acting up - that sounds like the torque converter lockup that's affected around those speeds. At 55 it can be finicky, but at 60 it should settle down to 2000 rpms or so and STAY there unless you nudge the gas pedal a bit hard.
