I recently got an 2000 S80, this car was previously stolen and much of the interior was stripped. At the same time the steering column was replaced. I have almost every thing put back together, however the turn signals and the high beams don't work. I tried pulling fuse #21 & #22, that did not fix the problem, but it did fix my wipers and my steering wheel controls. Is it possible that the actual switch is bad? The hazard lights do flash, and the dash indication and all bulbs indicate as they should.
Any thoughts?
Thanks, Eric.

My 98 v70xc did the same thing when I bought it. The fob for the alarm was missing and someone bypassed most of the other stuff the alarm disables. Try leaving the key on for 5/10 min and see if it starts working. If it does it's something with the alarm still.
