oil leak

Post by jbo6924 »

I recently did the pcv system in my 98 v70 t5, and it seems that there is still an oil leak. I'm finding oil spots on the drive in a location that would be on th passenger side front, and it seems to be an oily mess under there. I've read the forums and will be cleaning things under there this week, I was just interested in any input from some of the pros out there. You guys have saved me more than once! (not to mention saving my wallet from the revolving door that can happen if you're not handy!!!)
Any feed back and recommendations would be appreciated.

Passenger front would be the oil filter, oil thermometer or the hoses to the oil cooler. Best to spray the area down with engine cleaner and inspect the next day.
