Sorry, no info on LPG'ers in UK.
Not to hijack your thread here but do you have any photos of the conversion process, or of the result (engine bay, tank etc.)? I'd love to post them here.
If you do, email them if you would care to

My 1997 V70 2.5 CD auto is an LPG conversion. Almost 40K of the car's 90K miles have been done on LPG. The system works well and I have easily recovered my initial conversion costs. The drawbacks are that the LPG range is only about 250 miles, and careful journey planning is required to identify re-fuelling stops. You lose a bit of boot space (but it's a V70, so there is plenty of room to lose!) Power is slightly down compared with petrol, MPG is 24 to 25, compared with petrol at 29mpg, which means the car returns the cash equivalent of almost 60mpg!
I have found that it is ESSENTIAL to maintain the igntion in top condition, with new plugs every 15K miles or risk the odd misfire at 3K rpm. Old style single electrode Bosch plugs work best, new style multi-electrode fancy plugs are useless. LPG confused the car's computer at first with erroneous fault codes, but that seemed to settle down over time, and was never a serious concern. LPG service costs are a
