a/c problem xc90 2007 3.2l

hi every one does any one had this type of problem a/c stops blowing cold air and then you step on the gas until hit 5000rpm for just a second and then again after that cold air start to flow once again and keep working for2 or 3 hours without stop than again the same procedure also notice that the cooling fan need to be on second stage of blowing to cool down the radiator some times a/c does not work until the fan is on second gear could this be expansion valve on the fire wall ,pressure valve on the compressor or the cooling fan has a electrical problem that sometimes goes on second gear soon after turning the a/c on and some times doesn't goes on second gear a/c 134 freon has been check 1000 gr or 1 kilo has been charge to specs no leaks thanks for the help tried to explain the best a can
