s70 Power steering leak

My 98 S70 has been dripping fluid for some time. Lucas seemed to slow it down. Reading here I will get Dex III. I was under the car today and it looks like the leak is from the boot near the wheel. Could this be possible?

The seals of your steering rack start to loose oil, if you have mechanical skills and a lot of patience, you can repair it for less than US150.00, take a look on this link..
