Maybe squeeze a short video as well.
The blinking will be better captured that way.
I may proudly say I learned how to with the help of forum members..
I would love to see some video of this, I've been putting off reading the codes for a couple months since I started the project, but I've probably fixed e few of the triggering issues already. i.e ECC replaced,cabin sensors cleaned, numerous loose connections fixed, bulbs replaced etc. I plan to read the codes on the next nice day so I can clear them and asess the current issues.
I know it's an easy process to read them, I just wanted to see it done. Thanks.

Matthew,
Thank you and all the folks on the forum. It has been years since I used the code reader under the hood. I think I last used it on our 240DL Wagon. I appreciate the refresher.

Indeed. I have used it today, however I was unable to find the codes under A7 (Combined instruments) that I recieved in the diagnosis unit. These codes are 1-3-2 & 2-2-1. I will post a new thread named "Fuel pump and immobilisor issue". Another thing I will address is missing socket for A6 (Ignition system) of the diagnosis unit, my guess is the codes are under A2 (fuel system) as a inter-related managment system. Please post comment regarding my problem in the new thread. Thank you

Don't worry, you're not being a nuisance. Nobody is born knowing how to use Internet forums. :wink:
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

Also -> Amazon link
