940 GL Radio > 1 speaker working of 6

Hi, Have a problem with radio-cassette of 1991 940. Radio model is Volvo CR-728: 6 speaker system.
When turned on it simply plays through very front RHS speaker only. Is it possible to test for problems with 1] Radio 2] Amplifier Has anyone ever struck this problem and solved it without a technician..??
Any help or comments appreciated. Can give more info if I know what to look for.

You can test the speakers with a 9v or 12v battery with two wires attached. Remove the speaker wires from the amplifier or the radio one speaker at a time. On your car 4 speakers work from the amp and 2 from the radio.

Take the speaker leads and touch them with the wires from the battery. If the speaker is good you should hear a popping sound from it.

Attached shows which wires go to which speakers.
