Wiring Harness

Hi I just found out the cause of the draw on my new Battery was the wiring harness. Once this is fixed will that fix my CD Player that is reading deck error? I'm thinking there was not enough ampamge for the CD Player. I do not know to much about cars.

Well my mechanic got it wrong. replace the Wiring Harness. Car still has draw on Battery

Finally Done no more draw. This post is for someone who is having an electrical problem or Battery drain on their S40. If you have a good alternator and new battery and your vehicle is still loosing its charge. The problems was it needed a new wiring harness and relays to stop the draw on the battery. The battery drain I was having baffled me for months. Now its fixed and no worrying about my battery going dead.

Hello there! I know that my post here is too late and I do apologize for that. Its good to know that your battery problem was already fixed. We almost have the same experience when it comes to wiring and battery. I admit that I lacked knowledge when it comes to vehicles. Thanks
