S40 wont start, all dashboard lights flash

any idea what is wrong when year 2007 S40 wont start, but all dashboard lights flash on & off?

Same thing happen to my 2005 S40 and I needed a Jump Start

If the starter isnt cranking\turning the engine over and all you hear is a clicking, the battery probably is dead and needs to be charged\jumped and maybe replaced depending on why its flat. A corroded, loose or generally crappy battery connection can cause the same symptoms too.

My 850 turbo 1995 has made something like this yesterday. I was driving home when suddenly all dashboard lights start to flashing in my face. I stop the car turn it off and wait a fill seconds, start the car again and the problem disappear. I wonder whats was that!
