Hi Gang:
I'm Jeff, a 66-year-old owner of a 1998 V70XC. Got introduced to the forum when looking for info on changing rear shocks.
I'm a car guy, have been the owner of probably 16 Volvos over the years, including a PV544, a P1800S, numerous 140's, 240's, 740's, a 760, an 850, and now the V70.
I started out 'car life' with a 1950 Nash; now that's an "experience". I've owned Benzs, Beemers, various Japanese and American iron. I've been a service mgr for Mercedes. My current favorite ride is a pristine 1995 Jaguar XJ40 that stays in the garage unless the weather and ground is dry.
I'm also an Audio Engineer, pretty well-known around the country for my on-location recording work in serious music.
I'm an animal-lover, with two cats and five iguanas!
I'm always glad to help out, I live in Belchertown, MA.
Cheers -
Jeff H.
