Volvo s70 hood & Engine

Post by inlineframe »

I have a silver hood for a s70 or similar vehicle. It has no grill unfortunately but it's in good shape, if anyone is interested I can place some pictures of it. Make me an offer?

I also have a s70 entire engine and transmission. I believe it's a 1999 or 2000 since it has the coils on the spark plug. It's a non-turbo. Its been sitting in my garage for awhile but ran good before we had to part out the vehicle since rebuilt titles were hard to get where I live.. Make me an offer?

I live near Chicago, but willing to ship if necessary..

Thanks!

I don't have a price yet for the hood, so offering me might be better. I will take some pics later today and post them up. Thanks for considering!

Hood is still available. Here are some of the pictures I just took. Sorry for any shadows or horrible photography,

Are the lines running across the hood in the pics damage or just streaks from wiping or??

It could be from wiping, as before I took the pictures I wipe off the dust with some water. But if you're speaking about the first 2 pictures, they are the reflection from the ground that has snow. The 7th to last picture (Hood on the pavement) shows the only big scratch on there. Mostly thin white streaks across the hood. I'm pretty sure with some buffing any little streak should be gone. The hood has no dents, just couple small nicks (Obviously from being used)..

Exactly, isn't that why I posted pictures? I knew someone would spring out trying judge.. Im pretty sure you were expecting 100% spotless hood with a $10 coupon for a car wash, but you don't have to start criticizing something just because your "good" definition is different than mine, i posted to sell not to have opinions and criticism.

To help you understand what good to me is:

Good - Any issues that it might have should be easily repairable. Have few, if any, apparent dings, scratches or defects, and the paint job is still shiny. should be rust free or have very little rust.
