I read on this site (but now I cannot find it; don't remember where I saw it) about a service bulletin that states that Volvo dealers will diagnose a problem free of charge (or at least that's how I interpreted it).
The problem is indicated by a warning light (yellow exclamation point) and a two corresponding messages: Anti-skid service required and ABS brake system service required. Can anyone verify the service bulletin/provide the number?
Service bulletin information?
