Timing belt and water pump = MISERABLE SEVEN HOUR ORDEAL!

I didn't see anyone else address it, but oil under the spark plug cover is often just a leaking oil filler cap. Clean up the oil, replace the gasket on the filler cap, see if it happens again.

For the serpentine belt tensioner, no need to buy the IPD tool or using coins etc. Here is the $1.00 solution.

1. If you got a welder and the plug can be welded then just weld a lever on the plug

2. I used a Dremel to make flat sides on the plug. This wasn't going very well. Maybe I'm too clumsy.
So I ended up drilling a hole through the sides and used a screwdriver. Use at least a 8 mm screwdriver if you don't want to bend it.
