I didn't see anyone else address it, but oil under the spark plug cover is often just a leaking oil filler cap. Clean up the oil, replace the gasket on the filler cap, see if it happens again.

1. If you got a welder and the plug can be welded then just weld a lever on the plug

2. I used a Dremel to make flat sides on the plug. This wasn't going very well. Maybe I'm too clumsy. :wink:
So I ended up drilling a hole through the sides and used a screwdriver. Use at least a 8 mm screwdriver if you don't want to bend it.
