Example of Precision: Measure with a Micrometer, mark it with Chalk, and then cut it with an Axe.

Finally i found the Toyota T-IV ATF for cheap, my old ATF was so DARK and smelly.
i have replaced also the B4 servo cover with the updated one, easy job!
did the Neutral Control update S/W, if anyone need, the software P/N is: 30646691-3
it's not the same as TCM update S/W, according to the dealer.
after the B4 servo cover replace the shift felt strange, but know it seems ok, don't know if better than before, maybe i'll give it more time.
the Neutral Control remove is really a MUST, no more bumps when take off/on the brake
it's a shame we need to pay for the software(cost me $33.89 + $70.88 labor), Volvo should gives it for free, we should only pay the dealer for labor
Anyway, thanks everyone for the help

They do if you go for a full (small) service
Software for life, you should have asked them about it
