Is this a real 850 R?

:arrow:STOP THE PRESSES Need some help ASAP Preeze!!! Was going to buy this automobile 15 minutes ago--- but --after careful examination of the photos, I see that the wheels don't match, see picture. Doh!!! I should have paid closer attention to all those Highlight Magazines my Aunt bought me!!!

Are these stock wheels? Raise any red flags for anyone? Says its an 1996 850 R station wagon & car fax is good. Y V 1 L W 5 8 2 1 T 2 2***** if not stock-- how much can i expect to pay for a set of originals?

Those are not the stock wheels, but vin "58" means a real "R", yes.

A set of nice Volans could run you a few dollars. Finding them can be difficult though second hand.

Ask the owner if he/she have the original wheels. Maybe these are just for winter tires. I did see a set of original 17" X 7" for the R on Ebay the other day. the price was $599.00. I didn't look to see if that was/is per wheel or for all 4.

Well, those are steel wheels with hub caps. When I purchased my T-5R it had the same steel wheels and hub caps that the car has on the front. If you look, the hub caps don't even match.

I have never seen a white R wagon. Numbers must be slim. (Never seen a yellow wagon for that matter). If the vin say LW58 it should be a R, I would ask someone to send you a pic of the vin tag in the drivers door.

It's also missing the R front lower lip and only God knows what else.
