Does anyone have a guide or diagram to replacing the stabilizer link on an '04 XC90 T6? Thanks for the help!

I've done both fronts and back links. What specifically did you want to know?
If you don't have impact wrench, I don't recommend you diy. The ball ends are bugger to take off due to corrosion and it will free spin due to the ball joint(now worn).
I recall needing the following:
Air impact wrench
Narrow jaw vice grip
Metric sockets

Fronts you'll need to take wheels off, rears can be done with both wheels just off of ground. Besure to briefly tighten the ball joint nuts first to break the corrosion before loosening. It's short burst on an impact wrench to tighten then reverse direction and full trigger to loosen.

I was able to change the front links on my 02 s60 without an impact wrench, although having one would have made my life a little bit easier. I had to use a wire brush, PB Blaster, and vise grips instead. There's another thread here that was helpful also
