JRL and JDA2000,
This is kinda off subject.
Concerning the above link to a forum for info on the DICE tool. It lists several requirements for the PC running the software. Does the computer really need 2 gb off ram? This seems like a lot.. at least most older laptops don't have that much. If I purchase the DICE tool and VIDA software do I need to plan on upgrading the memory on my laptop. I think it probably has 1 gb. Any info or links with more experiences with the tool would be great.

I don't have one but from what I've read you need a "late" XP with 2 gigs.
Probably for around the same money you can buy a clean, used/refurbished XP laptop
