engine mount: does the bushing thread...

The recipe worked, but there is a problem.
The ring holding the bushing has move 1/8 in right. Do I pull the ring back, would it?

It is pulled over a bit, not centered.

Try attaching the upper firewall mount first and see how it fits in relation to this one before deciding what to do. The unit is for fore and aft movement so the side to side position should not make a whole lot of difference unless it is really off. As it is the mount is not intended to support the weight of the engine but to control movement and vibration.

It drives much better after replacing the two mounts.
But didn't want to not adjust the placement of ring, and busing.
Some modification which helped to restore.
