Where is the low pressure line located?

I have the charging kit and now just want to locate where the quick-connect fitting goes.

It is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment near the radiator and is marked with a 70NM

I'm trying to recharge the refrigerant in my neighbors '95/'96 Volvo 950 T wagon but cannot find the low pressure quick-connect fitting. I've seen the description as to where it is supposed to be located but I cannot find it. I know i'm staring right at it but i just don't see it. Anyway, can someone take a picture of the area where the fitting is?

V70, 2000. What is the correct procedure to remove the cap/cover from the low-side port. It seems to be plastic in the form of a hex nut, but I'm afraid to put much torque on it for fear of breaking it.

The cap is in the form of an External Torx, which is fairly uncommon in most toolsets.

If you can't twist it off by hand, grab it from the top with some pliers and twist. Sometimes they get stuck. Don't crush the pliers too hard in your hand, and it shouldn't break.
