Cruise control, it works fine.. but..

98 V70R -
The indicator in the dash isn't working. Searched all around to see if anyone else had the same issue, but to no avail. Any repair help is greatly appreciated.

There is no dash indicator light to say that the cruise control is on or engaged.

Cruise on indicator started with 99 MY.

It's obvious if it's working, however after having it on every car before it, you get used to it. It's like a dial tone on a land line phone, useless, but comforting.
