Yes, alphabetical on the software drop down on the software page. SRS reload is the complete software package and any mating software for that system including software upgrades, if any.
I have only used non-dealer VIDA one time and I'm sketchy on the steps and how it is billed to credit card.
Once the software is downloaded and shows available you can then start loading it. The buttons you will have to click will be on the middle, btm left and btm right on various screens, not consistent huh? When you go through the steps follow any instructions on the screens. The ignition switch remains on for the download. The download process is very sensitive to over and under voltage. The best you can do without a regulated 30+ amp power supply is to use jumper cables and another car(or another loose battery) and a battery charger. The second battery provides a lot more stability and reserve. Turn your headlight switch to park position. The car will go dark a few times and lights will go off then on and relays will click. Then for the actually load it will stay dark for that step.

Yes, only two srs softwares available at most, reload and upgrade. Reload is the complete one and would include any related software for other associated modules.

Why are you replacing the module?

OWS module or its communication wiring to SRS module would be my first attempts. No wires knocked loose from OWS module under the RH seat?
