Is there any way you can wedge a crowbar behind the belt drive gear and pop that sucker off? Or grab it with some huge monkey wrench there?
I wouldn't pry between it and the engine block for fear of damaging the mating surface.

If you are sure that all 7 bolts are out, then from ABOVE, use a 2x4 wood, then gently tap it with a hammer, the WP will fall off to the ground.

It's got to come off so just get rough with it. The block is very hard, hard to damage but just don't scar it with a pry tool.

2x4 sounds like a good idea, and you can whack it with something big from the top.
There are two metal tabs on the hood hinges. Let the hood down a bit, then pull these tabs out and put the hood back up - it will go straight up at a 90 degree angle, which may give you more room to swing something at the 2x4.
