how long it would take to replace dis cap, s plugs, cables

Pull plugs out only when the engine is cold, like in the morning. They may feel very very tight, just go slow and deliberate.

@ TheCheat: Huh? Remove the boost valve to do a tune up?
@ rmmagow: I don't think that matters. People pull plugs on warm/hot motors all the time to do compression test. It sure is nicer cool, hot enough outside.
