Rough idle after cold start

Only for about 30 seconds, then clears itself out and car runs great. When I start it in the morning it sputters and idles real rough, then just stops and runs perfectly normal?!

Do you have a CEL? Any codes? The most common problems are a dirty idle control valve, sticky throttle body or a bad temp sensor.

No CEL's, although I DID just run seafoam through the gas tank. It runs worlds better (after the rough initial idle works its way out) Does that help narrow it down?

Ok, removed and cleaned out the idle/air control valve and it seems better, BUT issue still seems to be happening.. BOOOO

update: Looks like new spark plugs solved the problem. Swapped them out today and baddabing! Problem solved. I was thinking today (this is what happened to my lawn mower) hard to start after having old gas, it was running rich and it fouled the plug. So I thought, maybe the seafoam caused my Volvo to run too rich and foul a plug or 2.. Correct I was!
