Does anyone have the VIDA that discusses the WHIPS seats and the protocol for inspecting them? Also looking for anything official that details the protocol for inspecting the seats to determine if there is too much 'play' or 'slop' in them - this would include the seat backs and headrests.
Your help is appreciated! This is an urgent matter.
